Class Description:

In this training students will be able to name the 4 functions of behavior, under stand triggers and setting events, summarize the purpose of a functional assessment, identify environmental elements , distinguish natural consequences, identify why punishment is unacceptable, identify when a potential power struggle may happen, reflective listening skills, provide examples of how dignity and respect are reflected in daily interactions, and recognize the escalation cycle
