Cascade Connections is closely monitoring updates from Whatcom County officials regarding COVID-19. As an agency, we are taking precautions to ensure the health of our community.
Administration employees who do not provide direct customer services have been encouraged to begin working from home immediately. Caretakers have been instructed to follow universal precautions. Staff will undergo daily screenings to be reported to managers, and will monitor clients for signs of fever or respiratory issues.

The Fifth Annual Hamster Crawl has been officially postponed for September 12, 2020. In the months leading up to the Hamster Crawl, we will continue to follow guidance from local health organizations to ensure the health of our community.
2020 Hamster Crawl Registrants: Tickets already purchased will be honored. If you are unable to attend the new date, request a refund by emailing [email protected]. Upon request, refunds will be issued to the credit card used to purchase within 14-21 business days. Updates will be available on our event page.
Important Notice From Cascade Connections Training Center About Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19)
Due to the Governor’s mandate, all group in-person training classes have been canceled until May 4th. Currently enrolled students will be automatically rescheduled for the next available session. HCA STATE EXAM
HCA state exam testing is canceled through April 16th. Prometric is temporarily closing testing centers in the US through April 16th, 2020. Call Prometric Customer Service, 1-800-324-4689, to reschedule your HCA State examination at no charge.
We continue to be open to your essential Fingerprinting needs. You will be required to answer a few health questions, use hand sanitizer, and wash your hands before and after your appointment. We are following strict sanitation guidelines between each appointment so please be patient as we ensure you and our technicians’ safety.
