What are the parking arrangements and directions?
There is ample parking to the north of the event space, please see map below.
What is the expected weather?
Weather during the summer months is typically dry and sunny, this event will happen rain or shine.
Do I need to bring any special equipment?
Artist Vendors and Community Partners are expected to bring their own tents, tables, chairs and displays. If those items aren’t available to you, please reach out to us at [email protected] and we will work with you to provide the display materials needed.
What food will be served at the event?
The Hamster Art Walk and Roll is in the heart of the booming Barkley Business district, light refreshments and water will be available at the event, event goers can also participate in the Cascade Connections fundraiser being held at nearby MOD Pizza.
Can my spouses and children attend too?
This event is all ages and open to the public! The more the merrier!
How can I register? (All registrations are FREE!)
- Artist Vendors (FREE to vend) – Please fill out the Artist Vendor Registration Form.
- Community Partners (FREE to host a table) – Contact us at [email protected] if your company is interested in hosting a table during the event.
- Attendees (FREE to attend) – Do not need to register to attend.
Can I register at the venue?
Attendees don’t need to register. Vendors must register before the event.
How do I pay for the registration?
Registration is free for all participants!
What happens if the event is canceled due to weather conditions?
The event is rain or shine, if extreme circumstances require us to cancel the event, we will notify all participants via email.
