Cascade Connections Home Care was created in 2002 to further the mission of improving the quality of life for individuals with disabilities living in our community. The program started out serving only adults with developmental disability diagnoses. In 2009, the agency began also offering services to individuals with traumatic brain injury (TBI) and to children with developmental disabilities. In 2014, we began offering services to seniors through private pay.
By providing compassionate, competent care, we help extend independent living while promoting physical and mental well-being. It is our goal to enhance the quality of life for each and every person we serve.
Cascade Connections has been a part of the community since 1980. Since then, our agency has grown and now serves our community in many ways. Feel free to ask us about our other services.

Our Home Care Professionals
Our caring and compassionate home care professionals are thoroughly screened and trained to ensure that you receive the highest standard of care. They are screened through a number of processes, including interviews, reference checks, background checks, and driving abstracts. In addition, we are a drug free workplace and require our staff to pass random drug testing. Along with a home care aide (HCA) license, we also require all of our home care professionals to have the following knowledge and skills:
- CPR/first aid
- Developmental disabilities specialty
- Drug awareness
Home care professionals also enhance their knowledge through various continuing education training courses, provided by our accredited training facility throughout the year.
