We seek individuals who desire to make a difference by enhancing every aspect of the lives of the people we serve.

Cascade Connections is currently hiring in Bellingham, Ferndale, Blaine, and Lynden! We have several immediately available full-time, part-time, and overnight work opportunities. Our Home Care Aides, Direct Support Professionals, and Behavior Technicians assist people with developmental disabilities as they live their daily lives. These caregivers often provide physical assistance, attend to household tasks, and accompany people in their recreational activities.

Experienced applicants may qualify for Site Manager positions. Site Managers oversee Cascade Connections’ Supported Living programs in a given area. These managers train and supervise staff while also advocating and providing direct support for the people we serve.

Meanwhile, the Employment Consultants and Employment Specialists in our Vocational Services department support individuals in developing job skills and finding and keeping jobs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Passing background check, according to Washington State eligibility criteria
  • Passing driving abstract background check

Training

  • Program training requirements are fulfilled in-house, and Cascade Connections compensates our employees for their training time.
  • We also provide on-the-job training to ensure that our employees and participants are best matched and that our employees’ skills and knowledge are enhanced.
