• Self Care and the Caregiver – 12:30 am – 2:00 pm
• Grief and Loss – 2:00 pm – 3:30 pm

12/22/17 (Day 2)

• Individual Instruction and Support Plans for IndividualsNutrition and Dietary Guidelines – 9:00 am – 1:30 pm
• Effective Communication– 1:30 pm – 3:30 pm
