Class Description:
The caregiver will learn basic state and federal client rights law, advance directives, adult abuse, abandonment, neglect, financial exploitation, their responsibility as a mandatory reporter, understanding the types and risks of restraints, safe alternatives to restraints, and the importance of problem solving in caregiving.
