8/21/18 (Day 1)

• Emergency Procedures – 9:00 am – 12:00 am
• Self-Care and the Caregiver – 12:30 am – 2:00 pm
• Grief and Loss – 2:00 pm – 3:30 pm

8/22/18 (Day 2)

• Individual Instruction and Support Plans for Individuals – 9:00 am – 1:30 pm
• Effective Communication – 1:30 pm – 3:30 pm
