Class Description:

In this class students will learn the definition of abandonment, abuse, neglect, injury of unknown origin, exploitation, and financial exploitation. Students will recognize the signs of abuse, neglect, self-neglect, and financial exploitation, and the legal requirements as a mandatory reporter. Learn the difference between RCS, CRU, CPRS, and APS.  Learn how to report abuse, documentation required and others who need to be notified.
