Class Description:

What is the objective?

We want to ensure staff are being trained to provide high quality support to individuals. The methods discussed here are intended to give Peer Coaches the tools to provide a positive and thorough training experience for new staff.

What can participants expect?

To learn tools and best practices that will help them learn how to be an effective coach, how to support, guide, and train.

This is a virtual live class with a required homework. Students will take the lecture part of the class virtually, and then, bring in their homework in person (Day 2) to receive the certificate. Student MUST be able to attend both days. All students who signed up for this class will be notified of the next steps via email or phone after the registration.
